Fury FC U15 Squad Captures Super Y-League Championship

The Fury FC U15 squad captured the Super Y-League Championship today, beating Alliance Academy 3-1 in the finals at Bradenton, FL. This is fantastic news for footy in Ottawa, and represents just the second continental championship for the Fury FC Academy in their 12 years of history, after the U17 girls enjoyed a triumph in 2010.

We are all incredibly happy and excited for the players, coaches, parents and staff, and we hope that these great number of positive developments in Ottawa footy over the past few years continue to build a thriving soccer culture in the nation’s capital. We would love to see the youth academy continue to grow and add further age levels and leagues into its current mix, with the potential for a League1 Ontario/PLSQ U20 side, a USL PDL/NPSL U23 side, and a USSDA U17 side all possibilities that we hope the club continues to consider.

The future is bright for footy in Ottawa!
